Service Description
This session is for people who have done the induction and who want to swim around a 250 m (ish) circuit or just have a float in the middle and a chat with like-minded people. You can work on building your stamina , confidence, and friendship groups in the water. Please be aware you need to come to the induction first even if you have swam in lakes and seas before, as we need to go through our safety talk and lay out of the lake. PLEASE NOTE THE START TIME IS EITHER 9.30AM ON SATURDAYS OR 6.30 PM ON TUESDAYS, WE CAN NOT LET YOU IN ANY EARLIER AS THERE ARE INDUCTIONS AND 1:1'S GOING ON, SO PLEASE DON'T TURN UP EARLY IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.
